Cases were from Par-Metal.  They are the 20 series black anodized (not painted).  While they are not the absolute best in cases, the 20 series is VERY reasonably priced and still looks great.  For the price, I have no complaints.  It is well ventilated, comes in many great sized, and is pretty attractive.  It's a great solution for getting a project completed in record time.

The heatsinks were attached to panels of plexi-glass that was drilled to accept the capacitors.  The two plexi sheets are held together by PCB standoffs and anchored with "L" brackets to the heatsinks as seen in the picture.

The transformer is mounted directly to the case.  The main PCB sits on a 1/4" thick aluminum plate anchored to the case with standoffs.  It sits above the transformer, but the plate shields it.  Next to the transformer are the bridge rectifiers which are also mounted to the case.
